A Bachelor in Humanities and pursuing her Masters, she has carved a niche for herself in Administration, Team Building, Management and Marketing. She has tremendous leadership qualities and has been a mentor to many newcomers in the industry.
With an overall experience of 15 years experience, she has a fruitful journey in Real Estate of 5 years so far with many more to follow. She started off from the Education Industry in the initial stage of her career. On realizing that she is not made for a routine 8 hours job, she decided to take risks and ventured into the Real Estate Industry with no prior experience. Initially, while working with few real estate companies and learning sales from experts, she moved on to form her own company- ARS REALTY. With her focus on her goals, she learned and picked up nuances of Real Estate from the ground level. Clients and friends call me an expert in Sales and Purchase of residential and commercial properties but I am still in the learning process. I have a firm grip on Pre- rented and Pre-booking of both commercial and residential deals. I have a growing list of happy clients when it comes to Corporate Leasing, pre-rented and pre-booking properties. Based in commercial hub of Delhi/NCR, I have my focus on expansion of ARS Realty PAN India. ARS Realty has already opened an office in GOA. I have successfully handled projects of well known developers like AIPL, M3M, EMAR, TRUMP TOWER to name a few.
